Superstars Sports offers a 14 day exchange privilege with every order. Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. Superstars Sports prides itself on the quality of its products and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If, however, you wish to exchange a purchased item, please contact us and be sure to adhere to the following guidlines:

All items sold at Superstars Sports are 100% authentic and licensed by all major leagues and manufacturers.

Autographed photos are guaranteed and come with a certifiacte of authenticity from the source of the signing.  All players have been compenstaed for their signing.

All apparel items have an exchange policy of 14 days from purchase date with receipt.  
Returned merchandise must be in condition at time of purchase and include any manufacture tags still attached. Any merchandise returned in a condition other than original will not be available for exchange.

All sale items, sportscard products and framed photos are final sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

There will be no exceptions to these policies.
